"Average stay"
I booked this hotel due to having an early flight and there aren't many options close to the Queretaro hotel. The hotel had trouble confirming that my booking was prepaid, but were able to figure it out after about 10 minutes. The TV did not work and calls to reception were not answered. The hotel room itself is very basic, but good enough for a one night stay. Dining options closeby were minimal other than a short walk to Tim Hortons and a gas station. The restaurant at the hotel was closed. Other than being close to the airport, the location was on the side of a busy highway. I would probably seek other options next time.
"Not an "airport hotel" as advertised"
This austere basics hotel is not near the airport, there's no courtesy shuttle from the airport, the hotel is located in a depressing industrial area with no shops or restaurants nearby, located on a busy truck route very noisy all night, I should have been suspicious of the low price....

This is the only hotel I could find near Querétaro’s airport, it is very dangerous area, the hotel does not have anything else, but the very indispensable. You will not find comfort just minimal items to sleep and leave very early to the airport, try to make arrangements with a safe taxi to pick you up. Nothing else to add.
"Average hotel"
Overall average hotel for the price. It was like a basic Motel 6. The staff was super friendly and accommodating, and the location nearer to the airport was nice. The breakfast was great with fresh fruits and juices. Wifi wasn't that great, and the carpets in the hallway could use a good cleaning.
"Holy crap"
Unfortunately, this is one of the very few “bad” hotels I have ever stayed at. Everything here is sub-standard of what someone would consider a hotel experience you pay for. The rooms are incredibly noisy, and provide no service whatsoever. I arrived at 8pm, and wanted to order dinner at 9pm. The in-house Restaurant was already closed, and the off-die option they provide for food delivery, did not work because it was Sunday evening. Also, the service provided at the Front Desk is a joke. These girls have no clue about general customer service. Shame on you, Querétaro, for not providing other Hotel options close to the airport. This place truly sucks!!
