Well-located in safe area with good break-fast included in the room. However, you may mind the heavy and laud traffic 24/7. Rooms need a lot of work, maintenance is a very obvious weakness. Rooms are small. I had to go through a cold room with no hot water, when I asked to be moved to another room, front desk denied my request. You have to go downstairs to front desk for anything you need from the hotel as the interphone system does not work.

The hotel itself was fine, but the parking situation was not ideal. You have to get a ticket to get it, which has to be validated by the reception desk right before you leave. With the validated ticket you then have to go to a kiosk in the parking lot to void the payment before leaving the parking lot. Too much work for me. There was only one outlet (one place for my phone) in the room as the other was for the TV, but there was a double outlet in the bathroom to charger our electronics. Also, no safe if that matters to you.

I spent one night (August 24, 2019) in room 405. It had 4 different maintenance issues, but the worst one was that the bowl of the sink actually fell out and crashed on the floor before dawn, awakening me from a sound sleep. Obviously, I could not even wash my hands or brush my teeth in that room. When I showed a picture of the sink on the floor of the bathroom to the front desk employee, she simply said she would report the issue to maintenance. When I asked to speak with the general manager, she said he was not available. For a week, I called the hotel and left messages for the manager. My calls were never returned. Although I have stayed at this hotel on many occasions, this level of carelessness in maintenance and lack of assuming responsability for inadequate service is unacceptable!

Spent one night here and it was great. Originally reserved three rooms because I could not figure out how many beds were in a room, but the desk let me cancel a room and that was very helpful and saved us money.

Very basic, clean room, no toiletries and towels looked dirty, but enough for just one night. Staff is super friendly, typical hotel breakfast, nothing fancy but enough for a quick stay. Price similar to other better ones though.
