El hotel se encuentra muy bien ubicado en el centro histórico, fácil moverse a las principales atracciones. Muchos lugares cercanos para comer. La vista es muy bonita y el servicio fue bueno. En relación calidad - precio está bien. La habitación muy cómoda.
"Esperaba algo mejor..."
Creo que por ser de grupo posadas tenía mis expectativas muy altas, pero en realidad, el hotel se ve descuidado, mi habitación tenía las paredes sucias, había polvo con cabellos en el suelo, no hay body lotion en el baño, lo único rescatable es la ubicación, el desayuno aunque sea básico tiene buen sabor. Yo soy Lic en turismo y trabajo como recepcionista entonces con base a mi criterio y experiencia no cumplió con lo que imaginé que sería estar en un hotel ONE de posadas (sé que es el hermano más "económico") pero a pesar de no tener lujo esperé contará con sus estándares de calidad.

Baño sucio con pelos, no funcionó el internet, mucho ruido y el elevador trabado y utilice escaleras, check in muuuuy tardado. Reserve dos noches pero me fui en la mañana siguiente. Después de un viaje largo fue muuuy difícil descansar ahi.
"Intourist would be proud of this place"
We have been waiting for an hour to check in. They have a very hard and strict check in policy of only checking people in after 3:00. That's bad enough, but what takes the cake is that they have a single employee at front desk. The whole reception has been full of people, and rather than being flexible, OR having more employees, they just make everyone wait, unnecessarily. This is a major management fail. This is completely absurd and it's treating customers like people who are waiting at some sort of bureaucratic limbo. The management team seems to have had their teeth cut at the Intourist school of hospitality, aka, the former Soviet chain of hotels. If you are going to have nonsensical inflexible policies, at least make sure you are well staffed!
"Hotel básico pero muy céntrico."
Hotel que cuenta con lo esencial, muy céntrico.El edificio es viejoto, pero se nota que se esmeran en darle un mantenimiento decente.Recorres el centro histórico sin problemas. El trato del personal es muy amable. Bastantes puntos de interés qué podras recorrer a pie.
