"Pésima experiencia, AC descompuesto dos noches"
El aire acondicionado no funcionó durante dos noches seguidas, y el hotel solo ofreció como compensación dos box lunches; además, el proceso de reservar es pésimo ya que no pudieron aplicar el descuento de miembro de FR en recepción y terminé teniendo que reservar a través de Expedia para obtener un mejor precio, pero perdiendo así los beneficios de miembro

Desgraciadamente están bajando de calidad en los detalles propios de un hotel de esa categoría; pastilla de jabón estilo MOTEL carretero, bolsas no identidicadas, falta acesto de basuta en la habitación, tienes que ver lo que aparece en la TV, no puedes sintonizar un canal específico, en el restaurante, el mantel individual es una hoja de papel bond en blanco, cual hojhita para iluminar ¡pero no dan crayolas! y el aroma en el pasillo que condce a las habitaciones, esageradamente químico.

Es un buen hotel… con todos los servicios básicos en el cuarto. Nada de lujo, pero limpio. El olor a humedad en las habitaciones es en lo que creo deberían trabajar para erradicarlo. Tiene salones para eventos, alberca muy linda, restaurante MUY BUENO.

12 de La noche y sin poder dormir porque hay una fiesta en la Alberca y no solucionan, su único argumento es que no desespere que acabara como a la 1 am, o que me pueden cambiar a 1 habitación con una cama king (somos 4 personas) y solo se hacen tontos en dar soluciones
"Mala experiencia."
El servicio de valet parking muy malo, me robaron una pila portátil para celular y una gorra original, por lo demás muy bien. Si piensan quedarse en ese hotel, procuren no usar el valet parking y cuidar muy bien sus pertenencias, ya que son situaciones que pasan muy a menudo.
