Enjoyed this hotel, quiet, clean, spacious room, pool was clean too small for my liking and only about 3’ deep. Safe for small kids and one suggestion maybe getting non-metal chairs for pool area. They get really hot during summer. Fun in the sun.

Worst customer service ever experienced. They have no communication skills what's so ever. Leave you standing there with no communication. Room was not ready for me when it says check in at 3 ..I got there at 6 room was still not ready had room wait 20 min more. Once my room was ready she literally sayed here is your key never told me what room or what direction to go. I HAD TO FIGURE IT OUT MYSELF because she was to quick to cut me off and help the next guest. Thank God there is a room # my key . They need to train their people right and help one guest at a time!! She wasn't done with me and kept leaving me hanging

The receptionist Ignacio was very kind and swift in accommodating my stay. The check-in process did not take long because there was not a line. The room was clean although there was a little in the carpet but the linen sheets and bed was clean as well as the whole bathroom: sink, bathtub and toilet. I chose the Junior King habitación for my stay and it was great and roomy. The view was on top of the third floor. I would stay here again.

I don't write bad reviews typically unless I been there a couple of times, BUT it was needed. There was a huge event taking place that weekend that you would think would be a heads up to clean all rooms. Nope. First bad sign - opened up the "new" soap and found a hair embedded in it. I think I know that they re-use soap, but I thought at least they re-boil /form them before re-packaging. That was disgusting. I had low hopes from that point on. 2nd - the shower drain was still clogged and full of hair/soap discharge. 3rd - the bathroom had hair on the floor still, not a lot but we noticed. 4th - the comforter had a stain on it. 5th - While I'll just leave this to the fact that maybe the building was old, but the room would smell musty if we didn't have the AC on. the AC did work though. Service wise was fine, we got the towels we ordered and check-in was fine. Nothing was taken from our room that I know of (I only mention that since other reviews mentioned theft). The Conference rooms were average. I didn't go to to the restaurant, but they had the ice ...so from what I saw it looked nice. The guy that worked there was nice.

Dirty rooms, dirty gym, no towels, no water. Stolen IPhone and Samsung chargers This was my first bad experience with Fiesta rewards. They denied my courtesy welcome drink, I am black fiesta rewards level. Did not receive a fiesta rewards level room, I will never stay again on gamma hotels. Huge difference on service, cleaning and honesty vs Fiesta Inn hotels. I made the claim just 30 min after I leave the hotel and they said they had no chance to check because the manager was on holidays until Sunday, on Sunday In called 5 hours to made my claim and in the end manager never answered
