"Pésimo hotel y servicio"
Tardaron horas en asígname habitación, las condiciones de la habitación son malas (instalaciones viejas y sin mantenimiento), horas antes de mi check out mientras salí a desayunar entraron a mi habitación y me quitaron todas las toallas y se robaron unos audífonos

Excelente ubicación, camas, almohadas y blancos de excelente calidad. Muy limpio y el espacio del estacionamiento bastante amplio. La recamaristq Adriana fue excelente anfitriona. Tienes disponible el checkout expréss y en mi experiencia fue muy bueno el servicio que me brindaron.
"Pésimas instalaciones de la habitación y mala actitud de recepción"
En Recepción te da cada quien una información sobre el transporte de taxi al aeropuerto, el chico de recepción de la tarde no tiene educación para responder un saludo, la habitación esta en pésimas condiciones a punto de caerse, el elevador ya es muy viejo y eso de que el restaurante sea en otro edificio y con el frio que hace esta mal

Enjoyed this hotel, quiet, clean, spacious room, pool was clean too small for my liking and only about 3’ deep. Safe for small kids and one suggestion maybe getting non-metal chairs for pool area. They get really hot during summer. Fun in the sun.
"Un hotel en decadencia"
Esta muy deteriorado en instalaciones como en amenities. Y hay una sobresaturación de personas en el lobby y en los pasillos gente durmiendo o sentada todo el día. Un clima social bastante enrarecido. No es familiar, no es de negocios, es como un refugio migrante.
