Me encanta que desde que realizas la reservación vía telefónica, la atención es muy cordial además de que no es nada tardado ni complicada y no se diga ya en el hotel, desde el recibimiento en la puerta, la recepción y demás personal super amables, todo super limpio y con un aroma muy agradable. En el restaurante se desayuna, come y cena delicioso, incluyendo el room service. No he probado unos boneless BBQ y dip ranch tan deliciosos, los mejores.. En general la estancia es muy agradable. La limpieza está bien hecha, los baños y en general la habitación, ropa de cama todo super limpio. El único inconveniente fue no solicitar una silla extra en la habitación y se interrumpe la conexión al Internet esporádicamente por lapsos de segundos.

Desde la entrada super accesibles, no nos hicieron esperar con nuestra reserva, inmediatamente nos dieron la habitación, limpieza 10 atención 10. Hugo muy amable y servicial con nuestro equipaje. Cabe mencionar que en la habitación hay espacio con escritorio para trabajar y cafetera buen detalle.

La alberca no está climatizada, es por paneles solares depende del clima, estaba fría, no pidan pizzas están crudas y tarda el room service 1 hora.
